AI that supports planners
FieldGenius is much more than a classic planning tool. The platform uses artificial intelligence to support planners in creating and continuously optimizing schedules.
When a technician falls ill, a job takes longer than expected, or an urgent intervention comes in, the schedule can be automatically recalculated. This limits both the impact on customers and the workload for planners.
