From software development to a proprietary AI SaaS platform

At DX-Solutions, we have been building custom software, middleware, integrations, and AI solutions for companies for over twenty years. During various projects, we noticed the same bottleneck time and again: scheduling technicians is becoming increasingly complex.

AI that supports planners

FieldGenius is much more than a classic planning tool. The platform uses artificial intelligence to support planners in creating and continuously optimizing schedules.

When a technician falls ill, a job takes longer than expected, or an urgent intervention comes in, the schedule can be automatically recalculated. This limits both the impact on customers and the workload for planners.
