In certain sectors, it is mandatory to indicate which employees, subcontractors, or other third parties will be present at the workplace to perform work. This declaration must be submitted to Checkinatwork, the social security online service for attendance registration.
DX-Solutions has developed an application that automatically forwards attendance records to the web service offered by Checkinatwork. To do this, we read data provided by Kronos Efficient, a software program that includes data on the people who clock in.
In addition, a report is sent daily with an overview of all submitted registrations. This way, the customer is always aware of what has been reported.
As the client himself indicated, this was a complex project requiring the collaboration of three different parties. While no other party was willing to take on the challenge, DX Solutions did and achieved a fantastic result.
Integrated link with social security
We developed a system for Marmo that directly links their administrative platform to the social security web services. Data is automatically imported, exchanged, and processed between multiple systems.
