The trajectory started with a thorough analysis of the current situation (AS IS), the desired situation (TO BE) and the gap in between (GAP). During this process, the existing software architecture was critically evaluated and adjusted, so that the system is better able to respond to market changes. Together with the team, important improvements are implemented to make the software stronger, more scalable and better secured.
