Daoust is a Belgian HR company with 40 job centers, active in various areas of human resources. As a pioneer in interim employment, outplacement, service vouchers, and job coaching, Daoust is constantly developing new concepts. Examples include the first "Paperless" Job Center, which opened in Brussels in 2010, and Daoust Proxibus, a mobile agency for service vouchers, unique in Belgium.

We implemented the LMS (Learning Management System) for Daoust at their Brussels headquarters. The LMS program provides a platform that supports employees in their native language in selecting, completing, and delivering training courses. Training results can be linked to performance evaluations, for example.


Moodle optimization for internal training

For Daoust, we reviewed the existing Learning Management System (Moodle) and resolved specific configuration issues and functional limitations. We migrated intranet functionalities to the new platform and ensured a proper structure that accommodates the organization's various departments and multilingual structure.

Custom integration and personalization

We conducted a thorough analysis of the desired enhancements and integrations. Based on this analysis, we personalized Moodle so employees can search for, follow, and deliver training courses in their native language. The results can also be linked to evaluation processes, making the platform even more valuable for HR.

A scalable foundation for the future

Thanks to optimization and personalization, Daoust now has a robust digital learning environment with less administrative burden. The multilingual design and clear structure provide a solid foundation on which future extensions can be easily added.
