About Televic
Televic develops, produces and implements communication systems for niche markets, with business units for Rail, Healthcare, Conference and Education, among others. Production runs across several sites.
One source of truth about products, at every workstation
Products and modules evolve constantly. Changes have to be approved by several parties involved, and people on the line must be sure they are working with the final version.
At the same time, production needs an overview: which tasks are planned, how far a process has progressed, which materials were rejected and what is in the warehouses. Growth and acquisitions added several sites with their own needs.

Product Information
A central documentation point that employees consult during assembly, packing and testing. It includes the BOM: the bill of materials listing every part and module a product consists of.

DX-Solutions develops and maintains these applications through Team as a Service. When demand for new functionality and support grew, we brought structure to product ownership and provided a clear roadmap.
Scattered knowledge was centralised and documented, so the different sites can move in the same direction and the knowledge remains transferable.
