• You analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• You guide application, integration, data and AI processes from A to Z.
• You work as a link between customer, developers and stakeholders.
• You provide structure, follow-up and transparent communication.
• You contribute ideas about process improvements and the right digital choices.

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or functional analyst.
• Strong in communication and asking the right questions.
• You understand how application building, middleware and data architectures work.
• You understand how a company and company politics work.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• You have a natural drive to help customers move forward.
• Short lines of communication, quick decisions, and a dynamic SME environment? That's where you thrive.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus, but not required.
