About Movely
Movely focuses on managing real estate contracts and files digitally, for estate agents, notaries, owners, tenants and other real estate professionals.
Complex contracts, many parties involved
The platform had to manage all contracts and clauses as templates, handle regional exceptions and include robust role and rights management.
Because many different users work with the platform, an intuitive interface was essential for adoption.
Each user only sees the functions and documents that belong to their role.

Our contribution
A configurable contract platform
We developed a .NET Core backend with an Angular frontend. Contracts and clauses can be created, adjusted and reused as templates.
Role and rights management is tailored to the different parties involved. A workflow guides the process from drafting the contract to digital signing and archiving, with regional exceptions included in the logic.
